Well it finally happened, Apple went and dropped the bomb of all bombs, the iPhone. All of the speculation, rumors, hints, wishes, and shots in the dark came to an end today at 10am when Steve Jobs announced the Apple iPhone. My 2 cents (no change provided)
Man that is one sexy phone, and if it performs anything like the demo, they are going to sell a gazillion of these things! I was all prepared to sign whatever I had to to get my hands on one until they dropped the worst news of the day, available exclusively through Cingular... and last time I checked there is no Cingular in Canada. I have hopes that Ted Rogers is on the phone with Steve right now working out a deal, but I am not holding my breath. I wonder if they will be easy to unlock? If they are truly based on OS X then they should be pretty hackable, maybe some enterprising fella will bring the iPhone goodness to us unfortunate fools.
